1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

2. I haven't received an order confirmation, what now?
If you've made a purchase with us, you should receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you haven't received the confirmation, here are some possible reasons:

2.) Please check your spam folder. The confirmation may be there.
3.) The order process may not have been completed correctly.

3. How do I redeem a coupon code?
Congratulations! To redeem your exclusive coupon code, please add the items you want to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. There you will find the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field. Enter your code and click "Apply." The corresponding discount will be automatically applied to your order.
4. My coupon code doesn't work - what should I do?
