We offer all customers Free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. And we will be responsible for the taxes and fees incurred during the shipping of the item.

Estimated shipping times:
Free shipping 7-15 days to U.K (Tracking numbers and tracking links will be sent to you via email after shipping.)

Receiving time = Processing time(2-5 days) +Shipping time(5-10 days)

Order processing time is between 2-7 days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.

Order cancellations:
At Beckymetal, we aim to process orders as quickly as we can, and there is a narrow window to submit the cancellation. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it.

All cancellation requests are subject to review from the shipping warehouse where your order is shipping from to see if it is possible to cancel, keep in mind that once your order is listed as ‘Preparing for Shipping’ by our selected carrier, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation. While we endeavour to process all requests, not all cancellations are possible as they may have already shipped, or are due to be collected imminently. If the cancellation request is denied you will receive an email and can follow the return process.

Nonetheless, do drop us an email at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 days has passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at and we'll check it out for you right away.

Orders that are unable to be delivered:
If you are not at the delivery address when your order is delivered, our carrier may leave your item in a safe place for you:
Check possible locations around your delivery area. Carrier agents tend to leave parcels in safe locations. Typical spots include porches, under benches, at back doors, and around sheds or garages on your property.
Check with your neighbours, building manager, or the front desk to see if delivery has been accepted on your behalf.
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
