We truly hope you love your product, but if you do decide you want to return it, Simply send us a quick message letting us know you wish to return, and we will provide you with the return address.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. you must initiate your return no later than 30 days after receiving your order. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition. We do not resell opened products. If the returned item is deemed to not be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Eg: writing on the packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We will then issue you with either a full refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead should you prefer.
Missing or damaged items
We take care to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately, quoting your order number and detailing the problem with your items.

Once your returned items have been received, your refund will be processed within 2-7 days. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment that you used to pay for your order.

No credit will be issued against carriage or transportation costs unless the fault is found to be on the part of Beckymetal.

Typically, orders can be canceled as long as they haven't been processed by our fulfillment network. However, our system is fully automated and the cancelation window is extremely short. A return must be initiated if your order is past its cancelation period.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No, unfortunately, our system doesn't support edits. You must contact us in order to cancel the existing order if possible and a new order must be placed.
